How Do I mute Zebtab alerts?

Click the speaker button (volume icon) to run Zebtab in silent mode. Click again to re-activate alert sounds. You can mute individual channel sounds by clicking the Tools button (spanner icon), select Sounds option and proceed accordingly.

How do I stop Zebtab running?

Right-click system tray icon and select Quit.

How do I view Zebtab

Either click on a content alert when displayed or you can left-click on the system tray icon anytime.

How do I control update frequency?

Click the Options button and select the frequency you want for each channel. You can also put Zebtab to sleep temporarily by clicking the Snooze Button and choosing the length of snooze time.

Can I use Zebtab through a Firewall

Yes, we use port 80 like a browser. The only restriction at the moment is that we do not deal with authenticated proxies. Although this is a planned addition.

How do I Add/remove channels?

To add a new channel either click 'Add' on an empty tab then browse available channels or select 'MyZebtab' and click 'channels' segment.

To remove, simply right-click the channel tab you want to remove and click Remove.

How do I uninstall Zebtab

Right-click system tray icon and select Uninstall. Do not use the add/remove programs

How do I hide Zebtab?

You can hide zebtab by clicking the right hand 'cross' button. Remember that when you hide Zebtab it remains in your system tray ready to alert you on the next update
